PINK FRUIT FREEZE
- 8 oz. pkg. cream
cheese, softened
- 1 qt. strawberry ice cream, softened
- 2 (1 lb.) cans fruit cocktail
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
Combine cream cheese and ice cream with mayonnaise; mix until well blended.
Fold in fruit cocktail and nuts. Pour into 9” square pan. Freeze until firm. Let stand
in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Garnish with cherries.
Yields 9 servings.
